| Great info. By the IP address I can tell that it is having issues with getting the wifi network set up on the OS level. While your table is running, manually hold the button on the Reset Button for 3 seconds. This FAQ page has an image of where to find the button: Don't follow the directions on that page, as that will do a hard reset removing your old settings/tracks/etc. The red light should flash 3 times when successful. After this, the correct Sisyphus-Jeff hotspot network should appear. If that doesn't work, then we may need to escalate the recovery process to the article above. Matt | |||||

| The draw function would be enjoyable if the screen did not drag when using a finger to create a pattern. As it is, the function is largely useless in the app — at least on my Iphone 11 and iPad. Is anyone looking at this? | |||||

| Update: after doing a factory reset, installing the latest firmware update 1.10.83, and downloading user-generated tracks through the Iphone app, I discovered that all of these tracks are being downloaded without respecting the "reversible" flag setting in Webcenter. In other words, if the track is Type 01 and the author allows it to be drawn reversibly, the downloaded track has "reversible" unchecked in the library. I have to go in and check it manually. Again, I'm doing this on a fresh firmware install on a factory reset table. Since the factory reset installs the default playlist tracks, those have the reversible flag set correctly already. It's only if I try to download a reversible track that it gets unchecked. | |||||

| Hi, I am in a similar boat. Iphone. Upgrade to 1.10.83. Shows update bar and begins process, gets to Step 2 of 10 (fixing ownership) and then seems to crash. The "Update Available" option is shown again, and I have to start over with no update installed. Repeat for same results. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks,Bob | |||||

| I know whe have basic commands available via Siri shortcuts, but is there any chance we can get actual HomeKit controls for customizing the Sisyphus table's LED and play/pause commands in the iOS Home app? That WAy we can control it even when our Iphone's not around. I've had great success with Homebridge, it has added HomeKit capabilities to so many of my IoT/smarthome gadgets, and being able to integrate Sisyphus would be fantastic. | I really can't get this to work on an Iphone 12. Under default playlist in library I click on the track I WAnt to reorder, I feel the hyptapic feedback and then it becomes highlighted but if I drag my finger up or down to move it, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? | |||||

| Sorry for not including that information from the get go, Micah. I am using an Iphone 7 Plus running iOS 13.5.1. Just double checked the issue right now to verify that it WAsn't transient and I am able to reproduce the same error message today. | |||||

| I have a Metal Coffee Table with RGBW lighting running firmware 1.10.70. Recently I've noticed that if use the Sisyphus iOS app to change the White LED color temperature to any value on the slider other than the center value and then completely quit the app on my Iphone from the multi-tasking interface, when I relaunch the app, after the "Scanning for nearby tables" and "Connecting" phases complete, the table resets the white color temperature to the center value, and the slider in the app is repositioned accordingly. This is 100% reproducible. | |||||

| ... I can find for identifying what table you have. Is my original kickstarter table a 36" coffee table? A 36" Servo? I guessed 36" coffee table, but who knows? This would be a useful info to have on the reflash page for when it tells you to set the config file. So I got the chip back in, and rebooted, connected to the table's wifi, did the advanced config to set the table type, and set the information to connect to my home WIFI. The machine restarted, and now I'm stuck. The app can't find it while scanning. My Unifi router shows it's connected and give me ... | |||||

| Hi Rob, Could you please tell me what Sisyphus firmware version you are running? It's located in the Advanced tab at the top of the page. Have you updated the table since you have received it? Also which Iphone do you have and what version are you on? One more big favor which we'd like to see is a video of what's happening. If you could please take a video of using the app over the table to see when or how this is happening I'd truly appreciate it. | 2 things have hit me since downloading the beta. am using an Iphone. And have passwords saved using last pass many apps that require you to log in enable last pass to find the relevant site automatically. on the beta- to log into the community section I have to search for the sisyphus account in last pass each time second this is that I have to log in to the community section each time I start the sisyphus app is there any chance of some persistence? j | |||||

| Although I disable the "enable light mode" option, my table WAkes up every morning. When I uncheck it, go back to "settings" and return to the "night mode" again, it is still checked. I have the 1.10.31 firmware version and an Iphone. | |||||

So I found articles to reset table and reconnect to table using app. Every article keeps ASSUMING I can see the Sisyphus wifi network on my Iphone. I CANT!
