My iPhone App show me a error message (SERVO RHO FAULTED!) in CAPS & RED at the bottom of the screen.
What should I do ?

Try power cycling (unplug, wait ten seconds, re-plug). Even if it works, that error suggests something might be wrong - please contact our support at support@sisyphus-industries.com. They are first rate, and will investigate / diagnose / fix the cause.

I send 2 e-mail at support@sisyphus-industries.com (On 21th March & 26th March), but I got NO answer at all !
