| I'm sorry, I forgot to write back yesterday. I checked the upload process, and it seems to work correctly. I would suggest clearing your browser cache before uploading additional tracks. I fixed the One you did upload, so if it is already on your XYLA, you might WAnt to re-download it from Community. Please let me know if the cache-clearing doesn't fix future uploads, or if you have any other questions or comments. Matt | |||||

| Philipp, I never put drinks on the table- One spill would stain the display, regardless of the electronics. Probably the only design flaw I’ve noticed. Unfortunate, as it pretty much makes the unit useless as a table. Even a raised ridge on the outer edge of the glass top to keep spills from going over the edge would have helped! | |||||

| This might be cheating, but simulating a double pendulum is easier than making One, videoing it, and capturing its path: I've never tried it as a Sisyphus track since it doesn't appeal to me aesthetically (the path that is -- the double pendulum itself I find very beautiful!). | |||||

| I think you'll be pleased to know I found a solution for you! I have included 2 python scripts in the original blend file. I basically joined all your tracks into One, converted to CSV, then converted to SVG.It works great and when uploaded to the Sisyphus, the animation works!I will attach the file next. | @brantharradine, We had a recent server issue that resulted in some tables loading pre-release firmware. Currently there are three resolutions to this. Replace the SD card with a new One that has updated firmware: If you'd like a replacement SD card, send your mailing address, name, order number or backer number to [email protected] Advanced - manually update your firmware by connecting to it using SSH: see this article for the steps: Update Firmware using SSH Advanced - re-image your SD card: see this article for the steps: Steps to re-image SD card In the mean time, be aware that you are not currently missing any features as a result of this issue. However, you will not be able to update your firmware until One of the above three options is taken. | ... tracks, running them completely before uploading another, and ran into a problem where I could not reach my table (thru web or app) unless I hard reboot it so I knew it had to be One of the last few files I uploaded. The bad upload caused the problem to happen when I ran the file and the file before it, but not 2 files before it, seemed odd that would be the behavior but I mention it in case it's helpful. Uploading this WAy makes it a long process to have more tracks, but I love my table and WAnt it to continue working flawlessly like it has for the past ... | |||||

| New table owner here and super excited! I WAnted to say a heartfelt thank you for the wonderful product and the easy out of box experience with our table! I am not the most tech savvy person and it WAs a simple process - especially after checking out the YouTube video of unboxing. One quick question -- how tech oriented does One need to be to add new designs to a table -- Ones others created? | I uploaded a bunch (one-by-one ...) and when I go to the Library in the mobile-app the attached error displays. | Hi Mark On the html download from git, I'm guessing what you did WAs try to right click on One of the .thr files in the git hub file listing, and click save as. Unfortunately, what that did WAs send you to the html link, and not the file itself. I suggest the following. Click on the .thr file link, which will open a page showing a lot of numbers in One frame, and on the right of that frame you'll see "Raw/Blame/History". Click raw which will open the file and you can "save as" from there. That should get you a good .thr file without having to know how ... | |||||

| There is a very high chance that I didn't actually attach it.. Thought I did but I guess it's good I didnt so I can package everything. The option you mentioned isn't there, but "Pack Resources" is, as well as "Pack linked libraries". I clicked both of those. There's also a check box item for "Auto-Pack resources." I checked that One and hit save again, so the (actually) attached .blend file should have everything. The video I used is split into like 1000 .png files, and I don't think it's in the .blend file, because it's 700~ MB, which I can't upload here. | |||||

Unitizing the Rho value makes all tracks universal for any size table. All moves are from point to point, but instead of being linear as they would be in a Cartesian machine, they produce spiral arcs in this system. | ... Download file as - and just saving it as is) For some of them, I can go into GET INFO and just remove the txt or HTML extension, and confirm I WAnt it to be a .thr file. On some it has worked. Others I end up having an error like the attached. One time on a custom track upload (forget which One) I had the table go into a noisy chattering mode like it WAs skipping gear teeth and scared the heck out of me that I broke it. | ... of the current THRs available from HeroPup, SlightlyLoony, TheJuggler or Dithermaster that absolutely prevents preview generation but rather that the problems are the result of a combination of events. Unfortunately re-uploading creates duplicate entries for the same THR and I don't know of any WAy to remove tracks from the library, so now I have duplicate copies of some tracks, One without thumbnail and One with. | |||||

| I just WAnt to take a moment to thank you and applaud your team’s efforts. I just opened up our 3’ metal table about a week ago and my family loves it. It brings joy into our home and it WAs well worth the WAit. About a year ago I wrote you a letter as there were some minor delays in the huge undertaking your team pulled off. As far as I can tell you took the proper balance of time and expedience to fulfill this massively successful Kickstarter campaign. Well done, and now I don’t WAnt to refer my friends.... Also, due to the corrupt file, I do not know the "current" firmware that WAs/is in the corrupt card. Not sure if Siyphus has any issues with large jumps in firmware, please let me know if I need to update prior firmwares first before the most current. | Dear all Probably this question has already been asked, but I didn't find anything about it. So please excuse me, if I do a mistake as a newbie here. My Metal Side Table is on the WAy. I experienced, that it isn't the best idea to put a coffee on a piano. Please don't ask why… Is it possible, to put liquids on Sisyphus tables? Sure, One is able to put any beer or so on it. | Hey folks: New to this community. I'm following an instructable to build my own version of this table, and have become obsessed with the following idea: I WAnt to create a workflow where I can execute motion tracking on a point in a video (specifically, a double pendulum, or those used car sales windsocks lol), export that motion tracking data as a vector path, and have the marble draw out that pattern.
