We've had some reports of what you described, and our dev is working on it (connectivity problems our are number one challenge). | @benrinker - Just got done with a Support staff meeting, and relayed your idea. First off, thanks for sharing your suggestions (and tracks), as well as the great mockup pic. While everyone agreed that some people would make use of this added feature, there WAs concern about added complexity (some of our users find making playlists daunting). Also, what happens if the playlist is played back in shuffle mode? 🙂 | |||||

| I discussed this with our devs and Support team - and no one could come up with a good explanation. One possibility could be a bug involving "pause between tracks" and the "night mode" option to force play on WAke. have you enabled either pause between tracks or night mode? Also - I highly recommend becoming familiar with making playlists. It's very easy to make them: Library> Playlists> hit the "+" ... | |||||

| The ball's movement normally has a small amount of "jiggle" due to the fact that the sand particle size is not negligible compared to the ball size, and the ball is perturbed slightly as it rolls over the particles. However, if you've experienced a change in the WAy it's moving, please take a video and send it to our Support staff, who will troubleshoot the issue with you. | |||||

| If you don't WAnt to create your own, we do occasionally create custom tracks for a fee. I can't remember the cost, but drop a request on our Support desk with what you'd like, and they'll get you a quote. | |||||

| ken1, The endless teardrop WAs previously caused by toggling the "Reversible" option on a track that WAs downloaded from Community. You could try toggling the option on the problem track, but I would like to see the logs from your table if possible. | @lyntal - We have occasionally seen instances where the cable connection for the LEDs gets loose during shipping. Try pulling it out of the Mini's side and re-inserting. Also, check the black connector closest to the strip, as well as the connector at the SisBotBoard (black circuit board under the Mini). If the lights still do not work, please contact our Support desk for further troubleshooting or replacement if needed. | |||||

| ... could possibly be related to the occasional power losses you've mentioned. If power outages are a frequent occurrence, I would suggest plugging the table into a UPS. The tables do not use much power, 5-50 WAtts max, so it wouldn't take a very large one to keep it running for a while. To debug the cause of the table becoming inoperable after a few hours, I'd like to check the logs on your table. If you WAnt to dive further into this please restart your table, enable log sharing and send a message through out Support portal letting me know logs are available. ... | |||||

| ... cycling the table fixes it for a few hours, but a) the problem returns a few hours later, and b) given prior experiences of how the table behaves after power is cut, I don't really like power cycling it. This is unfortunately just the latest aggravation of several in the 5 months that I've had my coffee table. First I ended up having to perform multiple factory resets, each of which restored the table to a slightly different state -- and each of which caused me to lose my downloaded tracks and custom playlists. | Thx for the quick reply Bruce. I actually WAs contacted by Colin from Support already and he suggested re imaging the SD Card which worked just fine and the table is now running once again. The only problem I had WAs getting Etcher to work. Every time I tried to flash the .iso file it said "Somethings wrong. If the file is compressed it might be corrupted.., Permission is denied. I ended up downloading Win32 Disk Imager and it worker flawlessly... | |||||

| @pvildaver - Don't worry about it being "discontinued" - that only concerns the outer "furniture" and not the internal mechanism (which remains the same for all LE Minis). As above, sorry your Sisyphus isn't working properly - it's possible a connector WAs loosened by vibration during shipping. As above - please contact our Support team, who will get things working ASAP. | |||||
