I have a mini at my office and coffee table at my house.  Both started having connection issues last week.

Sometimes, the sisyphus hot spot doesn't show. Sometimes it connects, plays a track then I select another and it drops the connection.  Sometimes it looks connected, but doesn't home and start when a track is selected.

Basically, just a bunch of odd behavior.

I'm updated on the latest firmware.

I've, unplugged many times, hit the reset button several times.  I just can't get a decent connection lately.  Just seems odd that this is happening on two different networks.

I also keep getting an error under the selected track that says:
WAITING

This sisyphus waiting for instructions

I've alerted our dev team - but it would be helpful if you would start a support ticketso that we can keep track of issues over time.

Order # O1568797539. Black metal side table/like coffee table with rgbw-blak-b lights. After plugging table in the lights come on after about two minutes. Magnetic ball begins to start a design. Already downloaded Sisyphus app from apple store. Enter IP bar address given and hit enter to connect with a mobile device. Receive error message That sisyphus does not appear to be on network. The app and the table do not want to sync. I am not an IT Specialist, I need suggestions or help in laymen's terms. Until I can get the table and app to sync up I cannot use the special functions of the app. Please help.

No worries - we'll get your table connected. We have a good tutorial here. If following the steps it shows is too difficult or doesn't work, please start a ticket on our support desk. They're extremely good at helping with "on boarding."
