| RE: Can no longer connect to table | 3 Relevance | 7 years ago | n8ajz62 | Table Usage | |
| Hi @pawliger. I have had problems in the last couple of days as well. But I went to the Support section, tried a few of the suggestions there and when they did not work, used the Help oval at the bottom right of the page. I WAs able to create a Support ticket and someone got back to me within a couple of hours. I don't know if you tried that or not. | |||||
| Request - Table firmware/SD Card Image | 2 Relevance | 5 months ago | joshua.j.gabel | Table Usage | |
| When moving somehow the SD card for my table got lost. I have since purchased a 16GB class10 card but don't have the firmware/SD image to make the replacement card. I have scoured the forum and troubleshooting sections of the website with no luck finding a non-dead link to an Image. Support is out for vacation till tomorrow and today is the only one I have off work to mess with this. If anyone has a link to an image, even an old one I would be forever grateful! | |||||
| RE: Adding colored LEDs | 3 Relevance | 8 years ago | heropup | Table Customization | |
| As the first person (that I am aware of) who added colored LEDs to a table, this is nearly identical to the approach I used to modify my end table. The silicone sealant WAs loose enough for me to partially separate the drawing surface from the rim, and that's how I threaded the LIFX Z connector through. I didn't do any drilling. But with this approach, there WAsn't enough space for both the LIFX Z and the original Sisyphus LED cable to thread through the slot, so I disconnected the Sisyphus LED cable. But it can always be reconnected if desired. Another ... | |||||

| RE: Color lights / 2 Ball retrofit kits? | 2 Relevance | 3 years ago | Bruce | Table Customization | |
| Glad to hear you're still enjoying your Sisyphus! Alas, we discontinued "2-ball mode" a while back. Though I loved the option from both an aesthetic and math / engineering perspective, it became too much of a headache in terms of Support. | |||||

| RE: Connecting to Sisyphus via SSH | 2 Relevance | 3 years ago | jen | Connectivity | |
| Unfortunately, the default login credentials for the Sisyphus table are not publicly available. If you are unable to guess or reset the credentials, you can contact the Sisyphus Support team for help. They should be able to provide you with the necessary information to access your table via SSH. | |||||

| RE: New User - Table Troubleshooting | 2 Relevance | 4 years ago | alex.hintz17 | Table Usage | |
| @bruce thanks a lot for the reply! In regards to #1 - yes, if I remember right the person I acquired the table from did tell me that it is a beta/prototype table, as he used to work for Sisyphus. For #2 - I appreciate the info and will give this a try and see how it works. Later today or tomorrow I could take some pictures of the underside of the table and will definitely reach out to the Support team regarding the light issue. Thanks again! | |||||
| RE: Remote control by LaMetric Time, IFTTT, etc.? | 2 Relevance | 4 years ago | remy | Other Development | |
| ... This worked for the last years so I can include the Sisyphus WAke up and sleep in my Google routine etc. Google "throwing" out IFTTT or at least changing this made this solution to stop working since last month. In theory Google Assistant Support should be something Sisyphus Industries would WAnt right? Also it should not be to complex to have things like: Sisyphus WAke up, Sisyphus sleep, Sisyphus next track, Sisyphus erase, Sisyphus etc etc. | |||||

| RE: Feature Request: Save Locally | 2 Relevance | 4 years ago | Bruce | App Updates | |
| Sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We discussed in our weekly Support meeting today. It's already on our dev team's list to implement an opt-in on our app that allows users to store all their track an playlist info on their Webcenter account - making it easy in the future to restore their Sisyphus if anything disappears locally. We'll announce it when it's ready to use. | |||||
| RE: Distortion at center of table | 2 Relevance | 4 years ago | Bruce | Table Usage | |
| We had our weekly Support meeting, and this came up. Everyone agreed (including me) that my "procedure" could be made a whole lot easier! I assume you used Sandify to create a track that is simply a line that passes through the center? In the meeting we agreed to create a tool in our app to make this easier (akin to the calibrate tool for RGBW lighting). | |||||

| @matt2 How do I open a Support ticket? Update: I think I figured it out. Submitted through the zendesk site. | |||||
| RE: Arghh | 2 Relevance | 4 years ago | matt2 | Beta releases and bugs | |
| The current expected behavior for Playing a playlist (non-shuffled) is that it starts at the start rho of the first track. This WAs chosen because if you curate a playlist, then start it at a different rho, the flow of the rest of the tracks can become broken. Shuffling a playlist will always start at the closest rho. As for if your table plays the same track twice, I would like to review the logs from your table to figure out why that might be. If you notice it again, please start a Support ticket with the track name, approximate time if you know it, and ... | |||||
