Trying to download new tracks and getting the error on the screenshot attached. No matter whether it is 1 track or 18 it’s the same error. I verified that the firmware is up to date. I tried on the app and the computer using the local IP address. I have both an account here and web center account. Reading through the posts especially the ones from @bruce I couldn’t find a similar problem. Any help would be appreciated to get some Christmas patterns. Cheers!
