Yes, it should be possible to add a string of single-color LED's (presumably White, but doesn't matter). The key is they need to be rated for 12VDC. The 2-wire connector we use is not the "standard" one that you'll find on strips from Amazon. If you need help connecting the lights to the Sisbot board, drop a request with our support staff, who can guide you through it. As long as you don't short the two wires, you can't cause any harm.

I think so. I haven't seen the mini without LEDs, but as long as the outside WAll is tall enough you can use an LED strip with adhesive backing, and tuck the wires and control module somewhere. I'd suggest getting one you can set the colors on, because if you get red only you might get bored (unless you really like red!) So the second magnet that usually moves on the outside that is attached to a clear or White arm. Just received the table today - the White glove delivery WAs impressive and went well. I've got the table going and of course tried to upload some of the great tracks from other users. I am sometimes able to upload a few tracks, but then subsequent upload attempts usually do nothing from the Upload Track screen. Sometimes I get timeout errors, but usually nothing. Anything I can do to supply diagnostics or otherwise help debug? Thanks.

I also WAnt to add that I usually leave it on a version of White —- in particular the day tracking one that subtly changes through the day —- but color is very nice for special occasions or particular tracks.

I did this on a computer. I can't imagine doing it on a phone but I'm sure there are iPad tools that could handle the task. I decided to try because I thought it would be a fun learning experience and figured I could knock it out in 20-30 minutes. HAHAHA! Three hours later I WAs on like rev 9 and laughing at my optimism. How I did it: I dropped your image into photoshop, removed the text, and then used the selection tool to make an outline. Understand your frustration - worry not - we'll get your table working again. First though, I WAnt to stress that this forum is not the place for troubleshooting. We have an expert support team for that - here. The likely problem you have with the new image, is that you have not changed the configuration to match the table you have. The downloadable image is configured for a side table with RGBW LEDs. I'm guessing you have White LEDs and not a side table. To change your configuration to the correct one, follow the steps in this article (the last part). If ...

Hi Ben, Sorry to hear your new table isn't working properly. It sounds like there is a problem with the home sensor (when the table boots up, the first thing it does is find "home" - first the rotation axis, then the linear). Since you can see the arm rotating, the motor is working - but the sensor is not responding when a tiny "target magnet" passes by it. Try this: Unplug the table. Look under and find the "SisBotBoard" (square circuit board). Check the connectors attached to it by tugging gently - especially the ones with 2 White and 1 black wire (these go to the Theta and Rho sensors). Even if they're not loose, reseat them by depressing the tiny plastic latch and pulling. Then reconnect by pushing in until you hear / feel a click. Neither pulling out or pushing in should require much force. Then try repowering the table. Fingers crossed... Bruce ps- if this doesn't work, follow the 3-wire cables to the two sensors and see if there is anything obvious (they should be firmly glued in place on the plate that holds the motors). I too love Paint mode. I find myself using mostly White (highlights detail), Paint (great for high "delta Theta" tracks), and Rho Fade (great for high "delta Rho" tracks). ... really happy with the WAy the lights work from below. Obviously, the video doesn't do it justice, and it would definitely look a lot better if I WAs drawing with a computer instead of by hand.
