| ... plan to eventually add a WAy to add custom shapes or even write turtle programs to draw unique designs that we (polar and rectangular) users can share. If anyone has any other ideas of simple shapes I could add, or Different transforms I can apply to the shapes, I'd love to hear them. | Sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We Discussed in our weekly support meeting today. It's already on our dev team's List to implement an opt-in on our app that allows users to store all their track an playlist info on their Webcenter account - making it easy in the future to restore their Sisyphus if anything Disappears locally. We'll announce it when it's ready to use. | |||||

| Hi Jill, The reason there is no List of track times (unlike musical tracks) is that playback speed varies considerably between slowest and fastest settings. So the track time remaining changes depending on speed - you can see it change when you change speed in the middle of a track. | |||||

| When a track is playing, I can see the time it takes to run. I’m sure there’s a List somewhere that shows the completion time for each design before it is actually playing, but I can’t find it! Can someone please guide me to it? Many thanks in advance! Jill | |||||

| Make sure you have the latest version of the iPhone app. Version 1.12.04 is not exactly backward compatible with previous versions of the iPhone app. I do not know what version of the iPhone app I had, but after taking version 1.12.04 of the firmware, the track preview image Did not show in the upcoming tracks List. It just showed the sisyphus logo for each. I saw none of the new 1.12.04 features. Once I updated the iPhone app, everything started Displaying properly and I saw the new features such as timezone configuration. | |||||

| ... this configuration -- so either this is a DiY change made by the prior owner, or it WAs a beta table of one of our employees, from early trials of colored lighting in our shop. We can't provide a quick Diagnosis or fix without further info. 2 - from your picture, your coffee table "thinks" it's an end table (smaller field). This should be easy to fix by changing the table's configuration. First, make sure your table is running the latest firmware by doing a firmware update (in settings). | Nearly every time I play a single track, it finishes, and then repeats. There seems to be no WAy to remedy this behavior. I have cleared the queue. I have checked "Pause between tracks". I have held my breath until my face turns blue. All to no avail. Right now, Mr Rambonnet's JJR-Sandify160 is playing. Queued after that is JJR-Sandify169...but first, of course (after carving up the beautiful doily with THE FERSHLUGGINER CONNECTING LINE back to rho=0) JJR-Sandify160 is REPLAYING. Cue "Arghh". Maybe JJR-Sandify169 will play next. I hope so. Maybe it will pl ... | |||||

| Removing a track from the Queue will be added in the next app release. It should not require a table update. Speed per track is interesting, I will add it to my List of requests. How would you imagine it handle if the playlist is shuffled? | |||||

| There is no obvious option to remove a track from "up next". Am I overlooking something? In all, a useful update, although I still can't understand why someone would WAnt to run Erase before every track. My own wish List: a WAy to specify the speed for each track in a playlist or queue. | |||||

| @factures That may work for you, but you are missing out on the new features and improvements. Please contact our support team and let them know your issues, and what version firmware you're running (got to Settings > Advanced > Firmware Version (fifth down on List). Depending on how far back you are, they may send you an SD card to swap in. | |||||

| I'm finding it very frustrating trying to use the Community function of the app. Most often when I try to List the artists I get 'No Artists'. When I do get access to the tracks and attempt to download the tracks sometimes works and other times it doesn't, lately more times than not it doesn't work. So I'm wondering if I can access the tracks outside of the app then upload them thru the Settings;Advanced;Upload Track(s) function which has been working for me. Thanks Roger | |||||

| Great update, I appreciate that it makes the overall player UI a bit more intuitive. I couldn't see one either. I could only see the option to delete the track entirely? It would be great if we could simply remove one from "up next" to clean up the queue. The new option isn't to "run Erase before every track," it's a checkbox that can applied on a per-track basis. Which is helpful for the designs on some tracks, which look best against an erased backdrop, like words, or drawings, of faces or objects, etc. I'm very glad to see this added, as previously we'd have to manually insert an "Erase" track beforehand in order to achieve the same. That would be super cool and very much appreciated too. | |||||

| ... stay on the selected timezone even if your phone or browser timezone does not match. Erase Before Playing is an option on each individual Track page. This setting is per-track, so if you turn it on for "Sailboat", every time that track plays, it will run an erasing movement right before it. The currently playing name will be "Sailboat", it does not say "Erase" during those movements. It also plays the erase movement at a faster speed than the regular track movements. The Queue is a new WAy that the Sisyphus manages the upcoming tracks. It is a single List ... | |||||

| ... as the current download image: 1.10.90 RO image As for the lights not working, you are correct in that newer updates changed the WAy they work. If you run a firmware update, it should restore the latest versions of the light code. I would suggest deleting the lights folder from your Content backup. | ... I've very cleverly named "goto0" and "goto1". If I WAnt to play a specific track outside-in I'll play goto1 and then the track. After I Did that and WAs giddy with my success I also created "erasein" and "eraseout" tracks that Did exactly what one would expect based on the names. | |||||

| ... sand. You can force a 01 to only play in the 0 to 1 Direction by making it not reversible. We don't yet have a WAy to force it to play in the 1 to 0 Direction (though you can reverse a 01 track using a utility like Sandify, and save it as a 10 track, and then make that not reversible when you load it onto your Sisyphus). | |||||
