| @mahorlick - Hard to know what WAs the specific cause of both balls being together - but almost certainly could not be related to which track you played. More likely, sand may have built up around the "ball-park" (barrier under the shade ring where the second ball is Parked and picked up). This can prevent the second ball from going all the WAy into the Park - if so, it can accidentally be picked up by the main ball as it goes by. | Great update, I appreciate that it makes the overall player UI a bit more intuitive. I couldn't see one either. I could only see the option to delete the track entirely? It would be great if we could simply remove one from "up next" to clean up the queue. The new option isn't to "run Erase before every track," it's a checkbox that can applied on a per-track basis. Which is helpful for the Designs on some tracks, which look best against an erased Backdrop, like words, or drawings, of faces or objects, etc. I'm very glad to see this added, as previously we'd have to manually insert an "Erase" track beforehand in order to achieve the same. | Simple question on orientation of the Designs that are not symmetric - what is the correct "top" point to use as the bottom and top of the Design? I assume that the 0,1 point is the "top" of the table and base the Design off that reference point. I have seen in the tracks that are in the Library that there is a range of choices - the face and serpent Designs have a different base than the sailboat. I have written programs that can output a Design in any angle, but I wonder if there are "rules" that should be set or followed. Any comments? | |||||

| Fora metal coffee table (36" diameter), the configuration setting is RGBW 2-ball (NOT servo). The radius should be set to 13.5. The purpose of the ball Park piece is to provide a WAy to purposely cleave the tail ball from the tail magnet (which is called "parking"). This happens when you play the special track "detach" and allows you to go from 2-ball play to 1-ball. The ball stays Parked until you play "attach". The placement of the ball Park is important - follow the directions carefully. | |||||

| If i run the erase track and the ball stops in the middle, i usually pick a track that looks like it will start from the middle. Its disappointing when the ball travels across the table to the edge to start the Design...leaving the ugly path on the final Design. The same thing happens if the ball is stopped on the edge..if i WAnt it to start making the Design on the edge, sometimes it will go to the center. How or can i choose the balls starting point for a Design?? | |||||

| ... table with RGBW lights. -> Should i use the (SERVO, 2 ball edition), or the (2 ball edition) Also, the RADIUS field is blank. I noticed on the tutorial video, this field had 8.25" entered. What is the correct value for this? When i leave it blank i am getting the ball trapped in the ball Park WAy too often. Finally - What is the purpose of the "Ball Park" Piece? Is it really needed? | @Bruce - So I decided to play around with creating a track after logging into my table and seeing the rho, theta coordinates for the "tail" attach and detach tracks. Using those as a guide, I WAs able to create tracks that utilize the other side of the ball Park. Both have worked perfectly after multiple runs. AttachMain is attached below. **Note: I ran them with the tail ball already attached. | Hi Hunter - You are not the only one who would prefer the LED shield ring to be smaller, and not overlap the sand field so much. The Design process in making this choice WAs a compromise between showing as much of the sand as possible vs. minimizing the potential for direct line of sight to the LED's (which can be very distracting from across a room). This is very angle dependent - not a factor when looking straight down on the table, but is while seated 3+ meters away - especially with the end table version, since it's LEDs are significantly higher than t ... | |||||
