| Hello, As you found the app does not currently support connecting to hidden networks. The workaround is to temporarily expose your network in your router settings. Connect the table to the network while exposed. Once the connection is made you can re-hide your network SSID and the table will be able connect now that it's stored SSID and password. Please let me know if you're still having difficulty connecting the table to WiFi. Micah | |||||

| Hello Bruce. It has been a couple months since I've tried to connect the coffee table with my PC and download new tracks. So I WAs guessing that the problem WAs more likely a new security change in the Windows 10 update, not from a Sisyphus firmware upgrade problem. But I'm not sure. | |||||

| Hello! The erase track disappeared months ago from my app. I’ve tried deleting the app a few times and unplugging the table but I can’t recover this track. Also the app doesn’t update the software when I try to do so. Also the app doesn’t restore my table to the factory presets when I click that button either. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? Thsnks | |||||

| Hello community, I am absolutely loving my table!!!!!!! The only issue I have is that i'm having a hard time making custom tracks. I WAnted to draw my company logo but every time I try the logo is HUGE or TINY. I cant seem to get the sizing correct. I have read the instructions front to back and still cant get it correct. Would someone in the community be able to help me out with some dumbed down instructions? I'm relatively tech savy but this project seems to have beaten me. Cheers. James | |||||

| Hello! Started playing with the table and creating my own tracks. This is so fun. WAs wondering how many points you have for the original Erase track - it goes much faster than those I created (for different resolutions and start-stop locations). On a related note, it would be great to have access to the tracks from the default playlist. I could not find them. I WAnt to see what tracks are edge-center, edge-edge, etc. So as to create more fluid playlists. Thanx much! | |||||

| Hello Brgmn -- Yes, the black ring that came with the table had a protective film on the back, but it WAs a 'bear' to get off. This veneer ring doesn't seem to have a film, or it's just too difficult to get an edge started to peel off. I've tried and had my brother try as well -- no luck. I assume you're referring to my saying the back of the ring WAs dirty and couldn't be cleaned? right? :O) | |||||

| Hello, Bruce is correct, the table pulls time when connecting with the mobile app. The current implementation of night mode is less than ideal and will be improved as we continue develeopment. Here’s a list of caveats to keep in mind: Time is updated when connected to the mobile app. Unplugging the table will cause the clock to stop. On re-power the clock will start where it left off. You’ll need to connect with the mobile app to update the time. Connecting with a browser will not update. I have to double check with my dev on this but I’m pretty sure this is correct. If you’re using a browser on you tablet this may be why the time on your table is incorrect. When we improve this functionality it will: Update time when connected to the bb. mobile app, browser or WiFi with internet access. This means as long as the table is connected to your home WiFi it will keep accurate time even if you power cycle it. We’re working on many updates to the app so I don’t have a date of when this will improve, but it is on our list and we’re doing everything possible to expedite develeopment. | ... plan to eventually add a WAy to add custom shapes or even write turtle programs to draw unique designs that we (polar and rectangular) users can share. If anyone has any other ideas of simple shapes I could add, or different transforms I can apply to the shapes, I'd love to hear them. | Hello all! I have had my table several months now and am no less enamored of it than I WAs on day 1. I am having a recurring problem that I am hoping someone might have some insight on. I have a 36" table running 1.4.0 (I previously had the beta, but had a sisbot replacement and did not re-upgrade). My computer is a MacBook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6 and my preferred browser is Safari (but the problem is reproducible in Firefox and Chrome).
