@bikertat77 - sorry, I know this has been going on for a while, and it must be frustrating. I'm not sure if you've created a ticket about this issue on our support desk, but if not, please do so we can keep things organized. Most of our support staff just left, driving a trailer full of our tables to NYC for the Architectural Digest Design Show, and will be pre-occupied for the week (though I will join them on Tues. and discuss this).
