how much sand are you using on your table?  and leveling it out.

I have had the table about 24hrs  put about 1/4 of the supplied sand in and did some levelling of the before starting the table,  unfortunately there were low spots and the pattern was not even.  will this just sort it's self out over time, or should I get the glass off and get more accurate?

also what are the results with more/thicker sand across the base?

thanks j

We started out with about half of the included sand (I think that was hinted at in the setup instructions?) and then added just a little bit more to even out a spot where we had put a bit too little. It works very well for us!

Awesome  thanks @Kristoffer.

Just played a great detailed track (forgot the name) but can now see the shallow spots,  will unplug now and add more sand in the morning.

I'm wondering if the shine will ever come off the feeling I get watching this piece of art create.
