Could you add a option to start night mode regardless of time (so a little button that says start night mode in settings) and for it to end at the designated wake up time. Sometimes I want my design to finish before going to sleep and then I need to adjust the sleep time to 1 minute after the current time so that it does sleep.

At the very bottom of the Settings screen is "Got to Sleep." That will take you to the button that does what you want.
