I've been using this to create most of my tracks, I've cleaned up the code enough where I'm not cringing at the thought of sharing it.
You can clone this from GitHub ( https://github.com/dbulla/sisyphus-table-pattern-maker ). All you need to run it is Java 8 or above - instructions are in the README.MD. An IDE is not required, but helpful if you want to do your own.
