Uploading tracks fails to generate "preview"

I have been having fun uploading user-created tracks, including some I created myself with the neat SFTROU (Sisyphus for the Rest of Us) app. Something seems to have happened, because now when I try to upload tracks, the web app thinks for a while on every track (trying to generate the preview as normal) and then throws an error like "Could not complete the request" or something along those lines. I can still save the track, but the "preview" defaults to the Sisyphus logo.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue? I did encounter some other strange behavior, such as the web app showing the preview only for the first of the batch of tracks I was uploading, or showing the default Sisyphus logo that would actually get replaced with the correct preview once I started up my phone app. However, at the present, deleting and reinstalling tracks does not seem to fix the problem.

Thanks, Andy

I'm seeing the same issue. I haven't created any of my own tracks yet but instead am trying to load the community tracks. The first few went fine, but now I just get the Sisyphus logo in the web view. I've even had multiple tracks show up okay in the webview, but when I try to look at it in the app it just shows an error.

I even went so far as reimaging the SD card today and once I did that I was able to get a few more tracks to load, but now it's back to just showing the Sisyphus logo again.

Any ideas on what might be happening?

Just tried one more track and I'm getting the same errors as before. Track uploads okay but after ~30-60 seconds of watching the spinning wheel it gives an error like "Could not process the request". I still saved out the track (palm2 from markyland) and on my desktop I can see it in the list with the generic Sisyphus logo.Β

In the iOS app instead of the track name I just see {{= model.data.name }} and when I try to select that I get a JavaScript type error in index.html. There's a long path that ends in Sisyphus.app/www/prod/gen.js - 649

Hoping Sisyphus can figure out what's going on here. I'd love to load up more of the awesome tracks people have made but now I can't πŸ™

Just tried this again after a factory reset and I'm still getting the errors when uploading tracks. I had the JavaScript console open though so perhaps this will help the team figure it out:

@alhamric, @brobbins -

What firmware version are you on? I have passed this along to our dev team and we will get back to you.

@bruce I'm on 1.10.7 version.Β

I actually went ahead and did a full reimage of the SD card and was able to load up tracks okay. However I have to be very careful about it. I can load one track at a time and need to refresh the page in Chrome before I load another one. Doing that seems to work without any other issues.Β

I ran into a problem with my Sisbot (I suspect a misshapen tooth on the Rho sled, but hopefully your team can pinpoint the issue when I return it). I should be replacing it by this weekend (emailed results of troubleshooting Sunday night, Monday got an email that new Sisbot was being sent, Tuesday got the tracking info, today Thursday it's supposed to arrive, very nice!) and I presume the new one will come with a new SD card installed. I was on 1.10.something before and will see what I can do with new uploads. Thanks @brobbins for the suggestion of one at a time/refreshing browser.
