We have been enjoying our table thoroughly since we received it a few weeks ago.
Yesterday it started having problems. Firstly the last pattern it made has the straight line in the image I have attached. Now the arm does not move at all and there is a clicking noise as the table is attempting homing. The arm is fully extended.
It seems like I can connect to the table via the app but it is unresponsive - it claims there is a firmware update 1.9.9 available but it will not run and the Advanced tab claims version 1.9.9
I have opened a support ticket as well but hoping for a fix today/tomorrow as we are having a New Years party and would love the table to be in action!
