This morning, I found my table, which was at rest, flickering. (See attachment). Finally tried the "calibrate pattern" function, which seemed to resolve the problem. However, while running a track later, the flickering resumed—and then stopped again, with no input on my part. I have rebooted, and there have been no recurrences. Anyone have a theory? (It seemed that only white LEDs were flashing during the episode).
You can try disconnecting and reconnecting the 3-wire cable to the lights, at the connector near the start of the light strip, and at the circuit board - but if that doesn't remedy the flickering, the strip will need replacement. Please contact our support team.
I submitted a ticket. How frequently will the light strip have to be replaced? To be on the safe side, I asked for two of them.
