Hello!
I'm looking to create some tracks, and was wondering if there was an SVG version of Erase that I could use as a starting point?
Thanks for your time!
Nick
Erase doesn't make sense as an SVG since SVG is cartesian coordinates and the table thinks in polar coodinates. It is literally the smallest .thr track on the table, consisting of rho going from 1.0 to 0.0 and theta going around a couple hundred times. That's just two points in polar space, but fills the table with a multi-turn spiral! Most of the built-in tracks never existed as SVG; that's something they added as a way to bring in user-generated tracks. Also, most of the "algorithmic" user tracks aren't done using SVG. SVG is best suited to "drawn" tracks, using Illustrator or some other software. Watch the "how to make tracks" videos from Sisyphus for ideas on how to start making your own. Good luck and have fun!
