I can upload .thr files to my table, but the Upload Track(s) button is unresponsive when I have selected a .svg file. No error messages appear on screen or in the logs. It's like the button just doesn't work for .svg files. I tried both Chrome and IE. I have firmware version 1.10.13.
Update on the above - My .svg was invalid. I later used a better tool that generated valid .svg's and got it to work. I think the real feedback here is that there was no error message from the app. It just appeared that the button didn't work.
