Unable to perform reset

Hi Bruce and forum users.   I am unable to reset my table following the steps.   Even after holding the reset for the stated 45 seconds the red light stay solid.  I am holding the reset button when plugging in the table.  

The table is a mini LE v3 #127.    I attempted the reset because the table was receiving power but no lights on top or movement.   I also opened a ticket,

Sorry your having trouble with your Mini. Other than power cycling your Mini (unplug for 10+ seconds; plug back in), and leaving it powered for an hour (sometimes the automatic firmware reset can take a long time) - if it still remains unresponsive, it will take more trouble shooting with our support team. I see your submitted ticket - you will hear from them tomorrow when they return to work.
