Hi Matt! I'm also trying to create tracks for the XYLA metal table on the Sandify platform and am running into an issue where the design doesn't want to go from edge to edge of the table. I put in your dimensions of 914x406 but it still doesn't seem to work. As you can see, I'm just trying out a simple pattern to get it to fill in the entire table. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Jacques,

I checked it out, and it seems to be an issue with the THR export from rectangular on Sandify. Try exporting as an SVG or GCode. The import page will try to center and maintain aspect ratio, so if there are no points in the corners of your rectangle, it may adjust it to a little too "zoomed in".

An alternate way you could fix the position is to Import it in a Sandify project within the Sisyphus app/browser page. Import is the last option on the dropdown for new layers. Then you can scale or position it as you see fit.

Hi @matt,

Thanks for the quick response!  Is there a person whom we can get in touch with at Sandify to inform them of the THR file export issue?

In the mean time, I've created a couple of test tracks in Sandify (attached) and exported them as both SVG and GCode and tried to upload them to the XYLA table.  During the upload, the browser becomes unresponsive and I click the WAIT button for it to continue the process.  This popup can happen several times before the track is actually rendered on the screen and I'm able to save it.  When I click to save the track, the browser loses connectivity to the table, even to the point that I have to unplug it to regain browser connectivity.  But then, I notice that the track that was supposedly uploaded, is not in the library.  It seems that I can only be successful with very simple tracks (like super simple).  I've tried using different types of browsers with the same result.  Thanks in advance for your assistance!

I tried uploading a zip file with my files and screen shot but this system won't let me.  Can I email directly to you?

For reaching out to Sandify, I would suggest doing so through their Github repo: https://github.com/jeffeb3/sandify

As for checking out your files, I'd be happy to. I've sent an email your way.

Matt
