I ask because the site is nearly unusable from my location. Page updates take forever, and the site actually froze Chrome and finally hung my Mac Pro — no mean feat.
Traceroute to the github IP from my Comcast pipe fails. Anyone else seeing this?
It appears to be working fine on Chrome for me. Sandify was created by Jeff Eberl, and I assume maintained by him as well. I suggest you contact him directly: https://github.com/jeffeb3/sandify/issues
Yep, I opened an issue. Do you (or does anyone) know the system requirements? My box is far from current.
Hi Adam,
I saw your issue on the Sandify github page, and replied. Hopefully an upcoming optimization will help. That said, in general, Sandify is still very much in active development. Lots of fun stuff coming!

Sounds intriguing.
Been wondering too whether there is a potential synergy with the tools at svgator.com.
Hats off to you for what you've already built, and looking forward to new toys.
A new version of Sandify just came out. Details here:
https://github.com/jeffeb3/sandify/releases/tag/v0.2.6
This includes performance optimizations which may (hopefully) fix your issue. There are also some cool new effects and a new shape.
Looks great, Bob. Looking forward to seeing what people create with it!
