When you use our mobile app, or connect your Sisyphus table or Mini to local Wi-Fi to control your Sisyphus, we collect (anonymous unless you share your Pi ID) the table or Mini name, the local IP, the table capability/size by config used, and the date/time of last communication from server. We use these to collect server usage analytics and provide the best user experience possible.

When you opt in to log sharing and share you Pi ID the information we collected above is now linked to you, our customer. We can then offer these support capabilities: remotely trigger table function that is normally only available locally (play/pause, update, etc.), remotely pull log files, and additional remote debug functions limited to necessary needs for returning full function to the table or Mini. We collect this to provide support for our products.

When you register for our community page in the mobile app to download tracks or webcenter.sisyphus-industries.com we collect your email, username and the tracks you download. We use these to uniquely identify your account and provide password recovery services. Your username will also be used for authorship if you choose to share tracks.

When you contact support we collect your email address which can be used to connect with the information from your account. We also collect your name and we may ask for additional information necessary to provide support. These are necessary to returning full function to the table or Mini.

What information do we keep?

We keep your name, email, playlist and track information.
