I have since purchased a 16GB class10 card but don't have the firmware/SD image to make the replacement card. I have scoured the forum and troubleshooting sections of the website with no luck finding a non-dead link to an Image. Support is out for vacation till tomorrow and today is the only one I have off work to mess with this. If anyone has a link to an image, even an old one I would be forever grateful!

This is so I can get a package to have the lightstrip in the table match my philips hue setup. I keep getting permission issues for saving files, and 404 errors for the repositories in the table (cant get any package I want). I feel like this thing is super locked down, which is good, but not for someone like myself. I struggle to create a backup as well. Any way to let me at this thing, no restrictions? Why is the entire thing set as read only? Surely there must be a part of the setup that is not read-only.
Any documentation I could read? I love the table btw.

Hello Sisyphus Community!

I recently was lucky enough to acquire a metal Sisyphus side table second hand from someone who used to work for the company. I've really been enjoying exploring how the table and interface work. However, the table has a few issues that I'm hoping someone could help me troubleshoot to get it working properly.

The first issue is that both of the white/RGB light strips aren't working properly under normal operating conditions. The linked picture shows how the lights typically look when the table is running: https://imgur.com/cncKDYw

At first I thought it was possibly just that the light strips were faulty or there was a bad connection somewhere. However after doing a factory reset of the table, while the table was going through the startup process all of the lights appeared to work (although briefly). I managed to snap a few pictures during the boot up process: https://imgur.com/pcIKsJX https://imgur.com/9wAUKvJ

So just curious as to what could be causing the lights to not work normally while the table is running, but they appear to light up during the boot up process...

The second issue (which might be apparent by the previous photos) is that when drawing tracks, the ball will only move within a tighter radius near the center of the table, instead of using the entire available surface which appears to be standard. Here's one more photo after completion of running the "Erase" track: https://imgur.com/oVDmccU

This is as far out as the ball will move, regardless of the track. I have no idea what might be causing this and am not sure where to start.

I'd appreciate any insight anyone could offer to help me resolve these issues. Thanks in advance!

Well, first off, perhaps “Newbee” should be a separate Forum? 🤪😵‍💫🤪. But back to my issue, there are enough things that I don’t understand that I think perhaps I’m missing some “Users Manual Once You Get Things Going”. I have the Users Manual for the coffee table, (and Of Course love Sisy) but I’m still struggling with figuring out the online pieces. So, what does “connections” mean, and what does it do? And really, some tracks run 2.5 DAYS at half-speed, or am I doing something wrong? What the heck does the microphone mean? Being old, I hesitate to push buttons when I’m unsure of the result. (Did that once in my niece’s bathroom…. let’s just say it was too fancy for me.). I could keep going, but truly think I’m just missing some manual or website connection that explains all the details and symbols. Please fill me in! Jill

My table has a pretty consistent distortion occurring directly in the center where the armature I guess has to flip around to keep the ball moving. It's particularly visible where straight lines go through the center, but is visible essentially any time anything passes though it. This error occurs at all speeds, but I typically run my table at the very slowest rate. The picture attached shows it at its lowest speed.

I found a previous forum post: https://sisyphus-industries.com/community/community-tracks/ball-doesnt-go-straight-line-around-center/#post-1238 , where Bruce suggested we could use the table's advanced settings to adjust the "homing offset" but I wonder if there may have been changes to the menu in the two years since that post was made as I don't see any homing offset (unless the "jog" options are what I'm looking for?) and the settings I've tried don't appear to make any difference when I adjust them.

Help! Any info would be greatly appreciated.
