How to control the table with more than one device?

Starting right after midnight UTC on Sept 27, our Sisyphus table started making repeated connections to webcenter.sisyphus-industries.com. Every 5 seconds, it seems to be making another connection.

What happened to make this change in behavior? Why was it necessary?

(Actually, this is coming from DNS logs. It may not actually be making a connection, but it is looking the name up, which is usually an indication that it is attempting a connection.)

Connexion troubleshooting with new LAN

Hi,

My table was previouly connected to a LAN Wifi with address like 192.168.9.XXX
But my new LAN Wifi is now 192.168.1.XXX

When I use the Sysiphus iPhone App, the App do not find the table anymore !
How to solve this issue ?

Unable to perform reset

Hi Bruce and forum users. I am unable to reset my table following the steps. Even after holding the reset for the stated 45 seconds the red light stay solid. I am holding the reset button when plugging in the table.

The table is a mini LE v3 #127. I attempted the reset because the table was receiving power but no lights on top or movement. I also opened a ticket,

Cannot connect table to new router :(

Good morning, I have had the table for years and love it. Unfortunately upgraded my router earlier this year and table cannot find it. Can connect to table using phone and table can see the neighbors router , but not my Linksys 10065. I want to start uploading new tracks etc, any advise on resolution?

I just receive m table and i love it.

When I receive it it was working well in local connection but I couldn’t catch my home wi-fi, I know is a common issue.

I think I should never try to resolve it.

First i try to catch m home wi-fi with my phone and then also with my computer I doesn’t work.( I m on IOS, and mac)

Then I try with the solution of holding the reset button and hold it +- 5 second and it was not working.

This is the point I start doing wrong.

After that I try the full reset on holding the reset button like 45 second and was not working this point I think I just did what I shouldn’t (think the table was on) ….If I remember well on that time the table was on and working but start doing a forcing noise…

As it didn’t work and it become scary, I I decide to do a factory reset. So I unplug the table, press the reset button and plug the table and in the same time keep the hold button for 45 sec until I see a red light pulsing.

Since that moment my table never move anymore, and I try few time to restart all the restore process but nothing append anymore…

I really need help.

Does it still possible to do full reset properly? Or I completely destroy my new table?

Cannot connect to Sisyphus wifi, fails to find ip

Hi Bruce/Sisyphus team. I just unboxed my Sisyphus mini and I cannot connect to its wifi host to set it up on my home wifi. I have tried with 3 phones, a tablet, a Mac and a windows computer and none have worked. Phones get stuck on obtaining up address and computers if they do say they are connected, will not load 192.168.42.1:3001. I have tried restarting it 3 times aswell as blowing dust from shipping off the boards inside.

When it arrived one of the stepper plugs was disconnected however I fixed this before plugging it in. Any help would be appreciated

Connectivity with Lights

Just received my mini yesterday and I am having problems. It will not turn on the lights. It will draw a design but will not turn on the lights. Please I need help
