I cannot connect to the Sisyphus community at all today - and requesting a password reset results in no email back either - anyone else having same problem?

I have uploaded the public track "celticKnotTest" to the Sisyphus Web Center. I don't have access to a Sisyphus sand table and have tested the track only on a sand table simulator. Please provide feedback on how well the track works and looks on a Sisyphus table. Thanks!

Sandify dimensions for Xyla table?

I just got my Sisyphus Xyla — thanks so much for a gorgeous table!

I'm using Sandify to create my first track. As a guess, I set the following dimensions for the machine:

Type: Rectangular
Min x (mm): 100
Max x (mm): 1350
Min y (mm): 100
Max y (mm): 650

However, when I export either to THR format or SVG format, when I go to upload the track to https://webcenter.sisyphus-industries.com/tracks , the result seems to assume I'm using the older round table style, even if I select the "XYLA" tag.

Here's what it looks like in Sandify, the Sisyphus uploader, and the web interface for my Xyla. It seems to be correctly rectangular and has about the right aspect ratio in Sandify but looks squished after I upload it as if it were forced to the round table style.

Hi everyone, please forgive me if this is not the place for this. I’m a new owner and I love my table so much… I cannot stop raving about it to everyone I know. It is everything I could’ve hoped for. The only thing I want more of are the TILE type tracks. It was these tracks like (FANCYTILES) that took me over the edge on my decision to purchase. They are my favorite but as of now there’s only a few that I can find and nothing else much like FANCY TILES. I want more of those. Lots more! If you know how to make them, please do and Thank you in so much in advance! I’m so happy to be a proud Sisyphus owner. 😁

Hey folks: New to this community. I'm following an instructable to build my own version of this table, and have become obsessed with the following idea:

I want to create a workflow where I can execute motion tracking on a point in a video (specifically, a double pendulum, or those used car sales windsocks lol), export that motion tracking data as a vector path, and have the marble draw out that pattern. Or that's how I'm thinking about it, theoretically.

As best as I can tell, most of these tables use either thr or gcode files, but I have minimal experience with those, and don't understand the basic workflow for even something like sandify.

I know I'm starting from scratch here, so I appreciate any help that can be provided!

The "paint" lighting script again. I happened to glance at the coffee table on my way back to the kitchen yesterday evening, and the table looked like this:

Whenever it crafts one of these, I leave the table at rest for a few days. For the curious, it's Mr Rambonnet's jjr-Sandify247, preceded by a very fine erase track over his #239 (I think).
