If your table is capable of running two balls, then any / every track can be run with two balls. However, the second ("tail") ball draws the inside out version of the "head" ball's track. Figurative tracks -- containing recognizable objects, text, logs, etc. -- will look like a mess. But most algorithmic tracks (abstract geometry, e.g. spirals) can look great with two balls.

Found someone elsewhere that provided an old firmware to get it going. updating now.

When moving somehow the SD card for my table got lost. I have since purchased a 16GB class10 card but don't have the firmware/SD image to make the replacement card. I have scoured the forum and troubleshooting sections of the website with no luck finding a non-dead link to an Image. Support is out for vacation till tomorrow and today is the only one I have off work to mess with this. If anyone has a link to an image, even an old one I would be forever grateful!

I need to get an updated firmware for my LE Version V3. It's one of the starting table from 12/19. I know the SD card had a corrupt folder called "overlays". I have updated the firmware once on this to fix it and that did work. I can't get to the firmware myself anymore without customer service or some direction. I was able to in the past but that seems to have changed. Please help me get to the current firmware. Also, due to the corrupt file, I do not know the "current" firmware that was/is in the corrupt card. Not sure if Siyphus has any issues with large jumps in firmware, please let me know if I need to update prior firmwares first before the most current. Not sure if that is an issue in your company. :) Thank you.

Feature requests for Xyla

1) option to finish the current artwork before going to sleep/nightmode so the artwork does not end midway when the table sleeps

2) the size for artwork for rounded tables is not in proportion for xyla. Although it has been somewhat fixed by the zoom option, would like to request to select which area of the artwork it will zoom at and how much % of zoom it can cover the artwork (can zoom out/zoom in or drag to select which area of artwork to zoom)

3) for those zoomed out artworks with white/empty backgrounds, request to automatically add a layer on the white/blank background of the artworks beneath the artwork so that there will be lesser need to run an erase before starting the artwork

4) option to choose which erase artwork before running the artwork in the playlist. And a seperate speed setting to do the erase and artwork.

all in all, great product for my living room
